SharePoint Training Overview
We have created two instructor-led, hands-on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) courses based on six years of consulting and training experience with SharePoint and over eleven years of experience with other document management and portal systems.
The Fundamentals Course presents all the essential SharePoint features, administrative best practices, and architectural decision points. The course does not require any prior knowledge of SharePoint. If you’ve already been working with SharePoint, the course will clear up areas that can be confusing and introduce you to a lot of not so obvious functionality. (class dates)
The Development Course shows how to use Visual Studio to make necessary customizations and application integration. One needs to be familiar with ASP.NET and other .NET technologies to be successful in this course. We believe that to be able to make proper customizations, the developer needs to understand SharePoint inside and out and that’s why we cover important fundamental topics at the beginning of the course.
